Campsite welcomes tents, camper vans and mobile homes. Campsite opens 1pm Friday 7th July 2023
On arrival, please go to Gate 6 (see site map). The team will show you where to go from here. Vehicles are allowed on site to park next to the tents until 2pm, no vehicles on site after 2pm. If you need to move a vehicle, this can be done after 10pm when site closes.
We provide tap water - please bring torches, all camping equipment and wash up bowls

You will be issued a wristband in exchange for your ticket. You must have your wristband visable at all times and must be shown to enter festival and activities.
WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mat, refillable water bottle, blankets for meditations, cash for stall, fancy dress for Fridays Sonic Disco, love, smiles, hugs, magic and a change of clothing in case of weather - allow jumpers and sun hats as we do live in the UK.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Alcohol, drugs, legal highs, pets, weapons, disposable BBQs, fire pits, candles, fireworks, sound systems
We operates a challenge 25 policy at all bars – if you are ordering a drink please make sure you have a valid form of ID listed below:
The following forms of identification are accepted:
• A Passport (not a photocopy)
• An EU Photocard
• Driving Licence
• A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram
• A National identity card issued by an EU member state
Admissions with a valid ticket only. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or remove an individual or party from the festival who may be acting in any anti-social way whatsoever. This includes all individuals who are deemed intoxicated, acting in abusive manner to other guests or any member of staff, or participating in any other activities deemed inappropriate by Enchanted Fields Festival and its staff. No refunds will be issued whatsoever to anyone refused entry or those removed from the festival perimeter.
Refunds are not permitted for any and all purchases under any grounds including cancellations for medical reasons. You are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going or realise you can’t go anymore.
If for any reason the festival can not go ahead as planned, you will be offered tickets for alternative date.
In addition, you cannot exchange tickets purchased. For example; a weekend ticket cannot be exchanged for a day ticket for a partial refund.
It is recommended your seek insurance for your purchase in case of non-attendance. Further information on your rights are available via the Citizens Advice Website.

WASTE AND RECYCLING
We are aiming to be a low impact festival, as such, we request that wherever possible you use non disposable items (such as refillable water bottles) or recycle any waste in bins provided. Where this is not possible we ask that you take waste home.
Please ensure to write a contact number on your child's wristband. There is a lost child point at the ticket desk, please let your children know what to do if they get lost. Some activities are not suitable for children. We advise ear defenders in the music tent.
Please provide ID for proof of age when exchanging tickets for wristbands.
First Aid is available near ticket gate festival - please contact a member of staff if you need any assistance.
Parking is available at Park and Ride next door to the festival site. Please follow directions from car park volunteers and be respectful to staff and other festival goers
We will hold lost property for 28 days. If you have lost any items please contact us before this time.
No pets allowed on site
The festival site is non smoking - including e-cigarettes.
